This stainless steel knife is a great daily use kitchen knife to upgrade your cooking at home. This knife is produced by one of the most prestigious knife stores in Japan, Kamata where they carefully check and sharpen each knife by hand to ensure the high quality.
Sujihiki is used to trim away sinew and fat from meat, finely slicing meat or boneless fish, or for filleting and skinning fish. The long blade allows the meat or fish to be cut in one single drawing motion, from heel to tip.
